Senior FP A Analyst – London/Hybrid – £80,000–£85,000 plus benefits – 15-month FTC We are partnering with a growing financial services company to recruit a Senior FP A Analyst. Supporting the Head of Finance during an important period of growth, you will play a key role in budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis, while helping to enhance reporting for senior management, shareholders, funders and potential investors. This is an initial 15-month fixed-term contract and a hybrid role requiring two days per week onsite in London. What you will be doing: Support the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts and long-term financial planning. Produce detailed variance analysis, scenario modelling and commercially focused insights. Assist with Board, shareholder, lender and investor reporting. Partner with stakeholders across Technology and Marketing, providing financial analysis and guidance. Prepare monthly overhead reporting with clear commentary and recommendations. Help budget holders manage costs, evaluate investment decisions and improve commercial outcomes. Support the development and continuous improvement of management reporting packs.
