Senior Project Manager – Service Improvement/Business Improvement – £60,000 to £70,000 plus benefits
We are recruiting a Senior Project Manager to lead operational and workforce change projects across a complex, multi-site organisation. This is a 12-month contract that can be based remotely.
You will take ownership of projects from planning through to implementation, coordinating teams across different locations and ensuring delivery to fixed timelines.
What you will be doing:
- Lead operational and workforce change projects across multiple sites
- Own project plans, budgets, risks, dependencies and key milestones
- Coordinate workstreams and resolve issues that could affect delivery
- Work closely with site leaders, operational teams and senior stakeholders
- Provide clear progress reports and recommendations to senior leadership
- Ensure changes are implemented effectively and adopted across the business
What we’re looking for:
- Significant project management experience in a complex, multi-site organisation
- A strong track record of delivering operational or workforce change to fixed timelines
- Experience in retail, logistics, warehousing, healthcare or a similar operational environment
- Confidence managing senior stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams
- Strong judgement, organisation and communication skills
