We are recruiting for a Head of Ecommerce to join a high-growth luxury womenswear brand based in London. You will lead and accelerate its direct-to-consumer growth, being instrumental in delivering a best-in-class luxury experience online, balancing brand storytelling with commercial outcomes, and helping to unlock the next phase of international growth.

Reporting to the MD, this is a standout opportunity to take full ownership of a Shopify Plus DTC business, driving trading performance, customer experience and international growth, while leading the roadmap toward a major 2026 site rebuild.

Key focus areas include:

  • Owning day-to-day eCommerce trading & performance (Shopify Plus)
  • Leading site optimisation + 2026 rebuild delivery with external partners
  • Managing digital marketing/CRM agencies & KPIs
  • Elevating luxury customer journey (conversion, fulfilment, returns)
  • Managing a lean internal team and key third-party suppliers

About You

You will be a commercially minded eCommerce leader with proven Shopify Plus experience and a strong understanding of what best-in-class looks like in premium/luxury womenswear or premium beauty.

You will bring:

  • Strong experience managing an eCommerce business end-to-end (front end + operational back end)
  • Deep expertise in Shopify Plus, with confidence leading rebuilds / replatforming / transformation projects
  • Hands-on understanding of luxury customer expectations—from first click to delivery and returns
  • Ability to lead external agencies and/or developers, acting as a highly effective “bridge” between creative, technical and commercial stakeholders
  • Strong grasp of digital marketing fundamentals (paid, CRM/email, SEO) and how to drive performance through partners
  • Analytical strength, with experience owning KPIs, reporting, and driving insight-led optimisation
  • Comfortable thriving in a lean environment—high ownership, high standards, sleeves rolled up
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and genuine appetite to build, improve, and scale
