Using access to existing contacts, contact data, insights and networking build proactive and exceptional senior leadership level relationships at CEO, C-suite and functional levels. Using our unique data access, proactively market exceptional senior candidates into opportunities at a global level. In alignment with our overall brand and sector strategies, manage and build out via our technology, client and candidate data to facilitate greater access and continual growth. With the support of colleagues manage all data in line with company standards and expectations. Operationally comply with all delivery and financial processes. An experienced or up and coming performance-driven individual with at least 4 years experience of working in a contingent and/or executive search recruitment business . Highly engaging commercial sales driver. Fully delivers on the requirement to exceed client and candidate expectations in building the conditions for repeatable business. Appreciates the power of data and the use of tech enablers in winning and delivery. Possesses entrepreneurial spirit, enjoys autonomy and the freedom to achieve personal success blended with emotional intelligence to collaborate with others.
