At Antier, we are building the next generation of blockchain-powered financial products that are redefining digital ownership, asset tokenization, and decentralized financial ecosystems. We are looking for highly driven product leaders who can take complete ownership of product execution - from ideation to delivery - while collaborating across business, design, development, and leadership teams. While prior blockchain expertise is not mandatory, candidates must demonstrate strong product management capabilities, business acumen, execution ownership, and the ability to drive outcomes in fast-paced technology environments.

The Project Owner will act as the central owner of product execution, responsible for driving end-to-end product delivery across the complete Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC). This role requires a professional who can translate business vision into actionable product execution plans, align cross-functional teams, ensure delivery excellence, and contribute strategically toward product growth and revenue objectives.

Key Roles & Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Product Ownership
    • Own product execution from requirement discovery through delivery and post-launch optimization
    • Drive complete SDLC management including planning, execution, testing, release coordination, and iteration
    • Ensure alignment between business objectives, product roadmap, and development execution
  • Product Planning & Execution
    • Define project scope, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and success metrics
    • Prioritise product initiatives based on business impact, customer needs, and revenue potential
  • Cross-Functional Team Coordination
    • Act as the single point of coordination across business, development, design, QA, DevOps, and leadership
    • Resolve blockers proactively to maintain execution velocity
  • Strategic Business Alignment
    • Understand product positioning, market opportunities, and monetisation potential
    • Contribute to strategic product decisions with a result-first mindset
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Present project status, risks, dependencies, and execution updates to leadership
  • Revenue Growth & Commercial Expansion
    • Identify opportunities for up-selling and cross-selling across existing product offerings
    • Collaborate with business and sales teams to translate customer needs into revenue-generating product enhancements
    • Recommend feature improvements and product extensions that unlock additional commercial opportunities
    • Analyse customer usage patterns to identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts
    • Drive product decisions that improve customer retention, account expansion, and long-term revenue growth
    • Align roadmap prioritisation with business growth, monetisation opportunities, and market demand
    • Support go-to-market strategies by identifying product value propositions for expansion opportunities

  • Strong demonstrated experience as Product Manager / Project Owner / Product Owner / Business Analyst
  • Deep understanding of complete SDLC, Agile and Scrum processes
  • Proven experience managing cross-functional product teams
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills
