About The Role
Cumberland Lodge is a welcoming, 15-bed residential care home in Southend-on-Sea. We are looking for reliable and compassionate Support Workers to join our friendly night team. You’ll work closely with Senior Staff and the Registered Manager to support adults with mental health needs in leading safe, purposeful, and fulfilling lives.
