This is an employed role based in the area of Grays in Essex at Money Sprite. You’ll enjoy the freedom to manage your own day while benefiting from a steady flow of quality leads so you can focus on what you do best - securing the right mortgage, giving great advice and impressing clients with your customer service. You’ll have targets to work towards, but the more you put in, the more autonomy and flexibility you’ll enjoy. The more time you spend in the office, the faster you learn, grow and develop – and the more leads you’ll receive to fuel your success. In this role of Trainee Adviser, you will be provided with full training and support to help you grow and succeed.

Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and recommendation on Mortgage and Protection products
- Nurture and grow relationships with clients and introducers alike to continue to grow your client base and encourage referrals
- Carry out continued professional development to ensure you stay up to date on industry regulation and products
What you'll need for the role:
- CeMAP or equivalent is essential
- A proven track record of providing mortgage & protection advice if preferred
- Motivated and energetic, to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Located in or around the Grays, Essex area
Why us?
Base salary £27,500 with OTE of £45,000-£60,000.
