Partnership Recruiting are looking for an Internal Sales Executive to join the existing Internal Sales team at our clients manufacturing business in South Ayrshire.

What You'll Be Doing
As a key member of the sales team you'll play an important role in driving customer satisfaction and business growth by:
- Managing a portfolio of existing customers, building strong relationships and generating repeat business through proactive account management.
- Identifying opportunities to upsell and maximise sales across your customer base.
- Working closely with colleagues across the sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Keeping customer and market information up to date within the CRM system.
- Liaising with the production team to ensure orders are processed smoothly and delivered on time.
- Providing outstanding customer service by resolving queries quickly and professionally.
- What We Are Looking For
We are keen to hear from people who are
- Experienced in internal sales or account management (2+ years preferred).
- Commercially minded with a passion for developing customer relationships and growing sales.
- Self-motivated, positive, and driven to achieve results.
