We are supporting a leading aerospace business with the recruitment of a Quality Inspector to join their team at their Prestwick facility where you will be responsible for routine inspections of aerospace/fuel control components in line with approved procedures. Key Responsibilities Inspect and assess products to ensure compliance with quality and safety requirements. Accurately record inspection results and report any findings or issues. Use basic technical inspection equipment and tools. Follow established procedures, quality standards and operating guidelines. Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider operation to support quality and delivery objectives. Maintain a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and consistency. About You UK technical trade apprenticeship or equivalent aviation/aerospace qualification or alternatively a minimum of 2 years' aeronautical experience. Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Comfortable working to defined procedures and quality standards. Good technical communication and record-keeping skills. Minimum age of 21 required due to aviation regulations. Package/Benefits Starting salary band £33k–£38k depending on experience and qualifications. 7.5% target quarterly bonus. 33 days annual leave including public holidays. 9% employer pension contribution.
