Partnership Recruiting are currently working with a growing manufacturing business who are looking to add a Projects Co-Ordinator to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous project coordination or project administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, liaising with customers and ensuring projects are delivered on time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review client contract documentation to understand project requirements.
- Plan project milestones alongside internal teams.
- Manage project documentation through customer online portal systems.
- Organise and lead project kick-off and handover meetings.
- Coordinate delivery schedules with customers.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a Project Co-Ordinator, Project Administrator or similar role.
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Able to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
