Partnership Recruiting are currently working with a growing manufacturing business who are looking to add a Projects Co-Ordinator to their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous project coordination or project administration experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, liaising with customers and ensuring projects are delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review client contract documentation to understand project requirements.
  • Plan project milestones alongside internal teams.
  • Manage project documentation through customer online portal systems.
  • Organise and lead project kick-off and handover meetings.
  • Coordinate delivery schedules with customers.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the successful delivery of multiple projects simultaneously.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in a Project Co-Ordinator, Project Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Able to prioritise and manage multiple projects.
  • Confident working with customers and internal stakeholders.
