Are you looking for a role where you will be recognised? I am currently recruiting for a Production Co-Ordinator/Scheduler to join a leading manufacturing business in Irvine. Reporting directly to the Production Manager you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination and delivery of manufactured products. This is a key position within the operation, ensuring production schedules and delivery programmes run efficiently, accurately and in line with customer expectations.

Delivery Programme Management

  • Manage and update weekly and daily haulage programmes
  • Coordinate manufacturing activities across production lines
  • Ensure all works orders are prepared and checked accurately
  • Maintain and update the live manufacturing schedule
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to communicate progress and resolve issues
  • Dispatch production orders, ensuring completed loads meet quality standards
