We are working with a fast-moving business supporting clients with tailored tech and design solutions to recruit a Company Management Accountant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a forward-thinking company during a key period of expansion. In this role you will play a central role in supporting financial operations, reporting, and planning, working closely with the leadership team to drive performance and ensure sound financial management across the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll, VAT, tax submissions, invoicing, and debtor/creditor controls
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, forecasts, and trial balances
  • Provide financial analysis to support business strategy and profitability
  • Maintain compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
  • Collaborate across departments to support operational and commercial goals

What We Are Looking For

  • Previous experience in a similar management accountant role
  • Strong working knowledge of Xero and payroll systems
  • Confident in producing and presenting financial reports
  • Analytical mindset with a strong eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • A positive, team-oriented approach with a proactive attitude
  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or ACA) or working towards one
