The role operates on a weekly rotating shift between day and back shifts to provide variety and work-life balance.
You will lead a production team to hit daily output targets, drive improvement projects, uphold 5S, and coordinate with Safety, Logistics, Technical and Maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly.
