We are currently recruiting for experienced CNC Operators to work within our client’s engineering facility in Irvine. Key Responsibilities

  • Operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce high-quality components.
  • Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to ensure accurate machining.
  • Assemble and fabricate parts according to specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
  • Conduct inspections of finished products using basic maths skills to verify dimensions and tolerances.
  • Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process and make necessary adjustments.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role is preferred.
  • Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand tooling and fabrication processes.
  • Programming experience is preferred.
  • Familiar with Fanuc - 3 and / or 4 axis machine.
