We are currently recruiting for experienced CNC Operators to work within our client’s engineering facility in Irvine. Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC milling machines and lathes to produce high-quality components.
- Interpret technical drawings and CAD files to ensure accurate machining.
- Assemble and fabricate parts according to specifications, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines and tooling to ensure optimal performance.
- Conduct inspections of finished products using basic maths skills to verify dimensions and tolerances.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the machining process and make necessary adjustments.
Experience
- Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand tooling and fabrication processes.
- Programming experience is preferred.
- Familiar with Fanuc - 3 and / or 4 axis machine.
