SRS Partnership is looking for a motivated and dynamic Internal Salesperson to join the existing sales team at our client’s Troon manufacturing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the company\’s continued growth and investment, playing a key role in developing existing customer relationships and driving new business. Key Responsibilities: Account Management: Take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on maintaining relationships and driving repeat business through proactive sales calls. Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the wider sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the department. CRM Management: Accurately record and update all relevant market and customer information within the CRM system to track progress and support decision-making. Production Coordination: Work in tandem with the production department to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and deadlines are met. Customer Support: Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. About You: · Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an internal sales or account management role, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. · Drive: Highly motivated with a strong desire to upsell and develop new business opportunities. · Resilience: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and work well under pressure. · Communication: Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively. · Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ERP systems for order processing is an advantage, but not essential. · Adaptability: A proactive attitude and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy work environment.
