SRS Partnership is looking for a motivated and dynamic Internal Salesperson to join the existing internal sales team at our client’s Troon manufacturing facility. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the company's continued growth and investment, playing a key role in managing existing customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account Management - Take ownership of a portfolio of existing customers, focusing on maintaining relationships and driving repeat business through proactive sales calls.
- Sales Collaboration - Work closely with the wider sales team to meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the department.
- CRM Management - Accurately record and update all relevant market and customer information within the CRM system to track progress and support decision-making.
- Production Coordination - Work in tandem with the production department to ensure customer orders are processed efficiently and deadlines are met.
- Customer Support - Address and resolve customer queries and issues promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an internal sales or account management role.
- Highly motivated with a strong desire to upsell.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment and work well under pressure.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of ERP systems for order processing is an advantage, but not essential.
