About the Role
We are working with a well-established and growing distributor within the construction materials sector, looking to add an Internal Sales Executive. You will manage existing customer relationships while also proactively generating new business. You will be dealing with trade customers daily, building strong relationships, and driving sales across a busy branch environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of account management and proactive outbound sales activity.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Managing and developing existing customer accounts
- Handling inbound customer enquiries and processing orders
- Proactively contacting new and lapsed customers to generate business
- Following up on quotes and leads to maximise sales opportunities
- Building strong relationships with trade and B2B customers
- Working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment
- Keeping systems and sales records up to date
