Are you an experienced Maintenance Fitter or Mechanical Maintenance Engineer? Do you enjoy hands-on engineering and solving problems within a busy industrial operation? this could be the opportunity you ve been looking for! We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join our client s established industrial facility in Invergordon. This is a varied role where no 2 days are the same. You ll work across a wide range of mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, carrying out everything from planned preventative maintenance through to fault finding, repairs and breakdown response. What makes this role attractive? This isn t simply a role where you are carrying out routine maintenance. You ll have the opportunity to: * Work across a varied industrial maintenance environment. * Use your mechanical skills to diagnose and solve genuine engineering problems. * Work with a broad range of equipment, including hydraulics, pneumatics, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, belts and chains. * Get involved in planned, preventative and reactive maintenance. * Play a hands-on role in improving equipment reliability and reducing downtime. * Contribute ideas and practical solutions through continuous improvement initiatives. Working Pattern The role operates on a 4-week rotating pattern, working 12-hour shifts: Week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday
