We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join a growing team delivering carbon-neutral solutions to customers across Scotland. Based out of Invergordon, you will travel to client sites to provide engineering and maintenance support, helping to maximise the availability, efficiency and performance of industrial biomass steam boilers.
The Role
- £18.88 per hour - Your working day starts when you leave home
- 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Based out of Invergordon
- Predominantly working across Speyside, with additional sites in Perth and the Isle of Jura
- Overnight stays required depending on location and workload
- Planned and shared out-of-hours callouts on a team rota
Key Responsibilities
- Planned preventative and corrective maintenance
- Routine servicing and inspection of mechanical, electrical and instrumentation equipment
- Fault finding and troubleshooting
- Supporting commissioning and specialist contractors
- Completing site reports and updating maintenance records
- Providing technical feedback to customers and engineering teams
- Working in line with Health and Safety regulations
Relevant industrial experience is required, along with a multi-skilled engineering background.
