We are currently recruiting for a Project Coordinator to join the existing technical team at our client’s manufacturing facility in Glasgow. This is an exciting time to be joining the business at a time of growth and will be a great opportunity to work with large scale customers on ongoing projects. This will be a pivotal role working with the Project Manager ensuring coordination of technical information between internal departments & the customer side team to ensure the flow of information, controlling of deadlines, managing customer expectation & contract changes/variations.
Key Responsibilities
- Review Client contract documents to understand the project requirements.
- Review and plan out project milestones working with internal teams.
- Ensure all relevant documents are available to the technical teams and the client through online portal systems.
- Plan and conduct Hand-Over and Kick-Off meetings with technical teams both internal and external to ensure project requirements are understood.
- Plan/Agree delivery schedule with customers.
Qualifications / Experience
- Minimum 1 years’ experience in sub-contract building industry (or similar role).
- Strong IT Literacy with MS Excel & Project Management Tools.
- Education Level: High School Qualifications or bachelor’s degree.
- Qualification in Building Design (preferred).
- Working Knowledge of Current Scottish/UK Building regulations (preferred).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
