About the Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of one of our clients, a growing business operating across construction and utilities projects throughout Scotland. With new projects secured, they are now looking for an Internal Resourcer to take ownership of sourcing, mobilising and coordinating site operatives, ensuring projects are staffed efficiently and compliantly. This isn’t just filling jobs; it’s about building a reliable workforce pipeline and becoming a key part of the operational success of the business.
The Role
- Sourcing and screening groundworkers, street works operatives and civils gangs
- Verifying tickets (CSCS, NRSWA, EUSR, plant, etc.) and ensuring full compliance
- Coordinating mobilisation to site
- Managing timesheets and supporting payroll processes
- Maintaining accurate systems and compliance records
- Building strong relationships with operatives to drive retention and reliability
- Liaising with site and management teams to meet workforce demands
What We Are Looking For
- Recruitment or resourcing experience within Construction
- Strong attention to detail and compliance awareness
- Ability to manage volume in a fast-paced environment
- Organised, proactive and confident communicator
- Knowledge of civils/utilities environments (advantageous)
