We are currently looking for an experienced CNC/Manual Machine Operator to join our clients Fabrication Facility in Ayrshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a long-established company with a strong reputation in manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: · Operating and programming a MAZAK VTC – 300 C Vertical Machining Centre (Fanuc) · Operating Webster Bennet & Colchester Lathes · Assisting with the transition to new equipment Ideal Candidate: · Proven experience operating and programming CNC and manual machines · Familiarity with MAZAK VTC-300 C (Fanuc) and Webster Bennet & Colchester Lathes is advantageous · Candidates with transferable skills and qualifications will be considered · Ability to work efficiently and to high-quality standards Salary & Benefits: · Starting salary: £39k · Generous Employer Pension Scheme – (Details provided at interview stage) · Bonus Scheme – Discretionary 2-week bonus paid in December (pro-rata) · Performance Profit Share Scheme – Possible profit-sharing at company’s discretion (Details at interview stage). · Working Hours – Monday to Thursday: 8:00 am to 4:30 pm & Friday: 8:00 am to 1:45 pm · 25 Days Holiday + 8 public holidays · Overtime Pay – OT1 = x 1.5 & OT2 = x 2 This business is a well-established manufacturer who offers a dynamic work environment and a strong commitment to both employee development and well-being.
