Partnership Recruiting are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to join our clients growing freight forwarding team. Specialising in air, sea, or road freight, the successful candidate will be based in Scotland and responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing key accounts to drive growth and achieve monthly gross profit targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, target, and secure new business across air, sea, or road freight channels
  • Develop strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and long-term growth
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly GP targets
  • Prepare and deliver tailored proposals and pricing structures
  • Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in B2B sales
  • Highly motivated and target-driven with a passion for earning uncapped commission
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Full UK driving licence
