Play a key role within a growing technical team, working on residential projects ranging from small developments to large multi-phase schemes.
- Produce construction issue details, sections, elevations and manufacturing drawings.
- Manage your own projects and liaise with architects, contractors, project managers and clients.
- Develop technical solutions that meet building regulations and project specifications.
- Work closely with manufacturing and installation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
What we are looking for:
- Experience within an Architectural Technician, Architectural Design or similar technical role.
- Strong AutoCAD skills.
- Good understanding of current building regulations.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with façades, glazing or residential construction is advantageous.
- Revit/BIM experience is desirable but not essential.
