Partnership of Care is recruiting a dedicated Support Worker for our new Supported Living service, The Old School House in Abersychan, Pontypool. You will help adults with ASD, learning difficulties and mental health challenges live more independently in a 3-person setting. We use a person-centred approach and empower individuals to exercise choice, pursue their interests and reach their goals.
