About the service: We are looking for a Support Worker to join an experienced staff team at Parkside, Maesycwmmer. Parkside is a residential home which provides support and accommodation for 4 adults with learning disabilities and autism. They are lovely people who enjoy doing a range of things such as walking, shopping, swimming and much more. We use a person-centred approach focusing on supporting people to make their own choices, follow their own interests and gain independence. We empower people to choose how they want to live their life.
