About the service: We are looking for Support Workers to be part of our staff team at our Supported Living services in Pontypool. The supported living services will provide support to individuals with ASD, learning difficulties, behaviours that challenge and mental health. We use a person-centred approach focusing on supporting people to make their own choices, follow their own interests and gain independence. We empower people to choose how they want to live their life.
