Partnership of Care is recruiting a Support Worker for Bryn Aderyn, Pontypool, to join a new staff team in a supported living setting for adults with autism, learning difficulties, and mental health needs.

Based at Bryn Aderyn, a 3-bedroom house, you will help residents with daily activities, medicines, personal care and community access, using a person-centred approach to promote independence and choice.
