Partnership of Care in the UK is seeking an experienced Team Leader for our services in South Wales. You will lead the team on shift, supervise staff, and ensure smooth delivery of care in a supported living setting.
You will administer medications, support care plans and risk assessments, and help service users develop daily living skills to promote independence. Driving licence is required and there are permanent and part-time contracts available.
