About the service
We are looking for Support Workers to be part of a new staff team at Bryn Aderyn, Pontypool.
The supported living service will provide support to individuals with Autism, learning difficulties, behaviours that challenge and mental health.
Bryn Aderyn is a 3 bedroom house based in a rural village in Torfaen, Pontypool.
Bryn Aderyn accommodates 3 adults who need support to help with their day to day activities, medication administration, personal care and accessing their community.
We use a person-centred approach focusing on supporting people to make their own choices, follow their own interests and gain independence.
We empower people to choose how they want to live their life.

Requirements for this role
- Full Driving Licence is required.
- Experience with LD, autism and behaviours that challenge preferable.
- QCF, or willing to work towards it if not currently obtained.
