About the service

We are looking for a Team Leader to join an experienced staff team at Homeleigh, Newbridge.

Homeleigh is a single occupancy bungalow which provides support and accommodation for 1 male adult.

We use a person-centred approach focusing on supporting people to make their own choices, follow their own interests and gain independence.

We empower people to choose how they want to live their life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Working as a team player while leading, guiding and supervising while on Shift.
  • Administering medication, including ensuring medication counts are correct and checking other competencies.
  • Designing and implementing with your line manager support plans and risk assessments, ensuring the team with you always work to them.
  • Support those who need it with food preparation and other life skills to promote independence.
  • Assist the people we support to develop and maintain relationships with family and friends.
