We are looking for an enthusiastic person with previous customer service experience to join our friendly and hardworking GP Surgery team based in West Bridgford, Nottingham.
The role includes front of house reception duties, answering telephone calls and providing support to the wider Practice team when required. Training will be provided in prescription request management for the right candidate., The successful candidate will report to the Practice Manager.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:
Previous customer service experience
Excellent communication skills, both on the telephone and face to face
Ability to use word, excel and computer systems
Enthusiasm to undertake a variety of tasks
Able to prioritise tasks and organise their workload
Attention to detail
Willing to learn, GP Practice experience is desirable however, training and support will be provided for all aspects of this challenging, yet rewarding, role.
