We are working with a fast-growing Digital Marketing agency in Northampton who are undergoing rapid expansion in 2025, starting with a PPC Specialist. It's a brilliant agency, which is founder-led and has spent 5 years building organically, delivering digital marketing growth for a portfolio of big-brand clients and gaining a fantastic reputation within the Northampton area.

They are now looking for a PPC Account Manager / Consultant to lead Paid Ads activity for their clients, mostly within the ecommerce / D2C sector. It's a brilliant opportunity to make a real impact on the agency and help grow their Paid Media offering, eventually leading to the opportunity to grow and manage your own PPC team.

They have a lovely culture working alongside a small but settled team of Digital specialists and with a Founder who invests heavily in his people. They have just returned from an all-expenses trip to BrightonSEO and regularly attend other industry events and training opportunities.

This role would suit a passionate Paid Search expert with commercial experience creating, managing and optimising Paid Ads campaigns using PMAX. This could be in-house or for an agency, as long as you have great communication skills and a genuine passion for providing a fantastic customer experience.
