An award-winning digital marketing agency with a long track record of driving growth for global clients is looking to add a Paid Search / PPC Account Manager to its team. The business specialises in high-impact search and paid media work for established, Global brands, blending deep data insight with creative strategy to deliver measurable results.
They are trusted by enterprise and category-leading clients in competitive markets and have been recognised within the industry for excellence in search and integrated campaigns. They are looking for a Paid Search specialist with at least 3 years agency experience, who can operate with autonomy, take accountability for performance, and manage complex accounts without close oversight.
You will be responsible for owning paid search strategy and delivery across a portfolio of key clients, focusing on driving commercial performance and improving efficiency. You will work closely with internal teams across paid social, content and analytics to influence broader campaign success.
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the setup and ongoing optimisation of paid search campaigns to improve performance and deliver tangible commercial outcomes
- Monitoring campaign health and performance metrics and making proactive adjustments to improve results
- Preparing strategic analysis and insight-led recommendations for internal stakeholders and clients
- Managing client communication professionally and confidently, setting expectations and reporting progress
- Identifying opportunities to improve targeting, conversion and overall account performance
- Collaborating with other paid media and strategy teams to ensure joined-up delivery
- Helping to shape proposals, audits and wider paid media thinking
Your experience will ideally include:
- Proven track record managing paid search campaigns at a senior level, ideally in an agency or fast-paced environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and related tools, with a commercial focus on performance. Bonus points for PMAX experience.
- Comfortable presenting performance and strategic recommendations to clients
- Good planning skills including budget allocation and forecasting
- Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action
- A self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
Experience across other channels and a background in working with larger brands or multi-market campaigns is a plus, but core paid search expertise is essential.
