A well-established digital marketing agency with a long track record of driving growth for global clients is looking to add a Paid Media Manager to its team. The business specialises in high-impact search and paid media work for established, global brands, blending deep data insight with creative strategy to deliver measurable results.
They are looking for a Paid Search specialist with a minimum of three years gained within an agency environment, who can operate with autonomy, take accountability for performance, and manage complex accounts without close oversight.
You will own paid search strategy and delivery across a portfolio of key clients, driving commercial performance and improving efficiency. You will work closely with internal teams across paid social, content and analytics to influence wider campaign success.
- Owning day-to-day performance across a portfolio of accounts and driving continuous efficiency gains
- Running multi-channel Google Ads activity including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping and Video
- Spotting issues early through structured account reviews and acting quickly to protect performance
- Translating performance data into clear recommendations for clients and internal teams
- Uncovering growth levers across targeting, conversion rate and account structure
- Partnering with paid social, content and analytics colleagues to land joined-up delivery
- Contributing to new business pitches and account health reviews
- Deep hands-on command of Google Ads across the full stack, including Performance Max and Demand Gen
- Commercial focus on performance, with the ability to translate numbers into action
- Comfortable allocating budgets across accounts and building performance forecasts
- Self-directed, able to drive your own workload in a remote-first team
- Experience across other paid media channels and a background working with larger brands or multi-market campaigns is a plus.
