We are working with a fast-growing digital marketing agency just outside of Northampton who, due to record sales in 2025, are expanding their client services team to ensure their customers continue to receive a first-class ROI. Therefore, they are hiring for a Digital Account Manager.

Working alongside an experienced Account Management team and in collaboration with the technical SEO delivery function, you'll be responsible for partnering with a portfolio of customers, developing strategic plans to enhance their presence online via a range of digital marketing methods and ultimately grow their spend.

This role would suit a Digital Account Executive, SEO Executive or Junior Account Manager who has 1+ years experience within a Digital Agency in a client services role, coupled with strong theoretical knowledge in Digital Marketing - particularly SEO - although this knowledge will be developed once you join.

Bonus points if you've delivered digital marketing campaigns for clients, know Inbound Marketing or have passed a Google Ads or Analytics exam, but most importantly, you'll be a passionate individual with excellent communication skills, an enthusiasm for customer service and a genuine hunger to learn from your more experienced teammates in order to develop your career as a Digital Account Manager.
