1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer (M365, Intune, Entra ID)

Monday to Thursday 07:00 to 15:00, Friday 07:00 to 14:00
£150 to £160 per day, inside IR35, 6 month contract
We are looking for a talented 1st Line IT Support Engineer to join an established West Yorkshire business on a six month contract, at a point where their Microsoft 365 estate is going through real change rather than ticking over.
Working alongside a small in-house IT team in a different site, you will be the person on site everyone comes to. The Head of IT works remotely and you will speak every day, so you will get a level of ownership over the desk that a bigger team would not give you.
On a typical day, you will be working tickets to agreed response times, setting up and managing accounts in Entra ID and Active Directory, enrolling and deploying devices through Intune, moving users across as part of an ongoing OneDrive migration, and getting hands on with hardware, patching and the network points behind it.
As our ideal candidate, you will have at least a year on a 1st line desk, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration across the admin centre, hands-on Intune experience covering setup, management and deployment, OneDrive migration work behind you, and Entra ID account and identity management. Windows is the bulk of the estate but there are Macs in the mix, so being comfortable across both matters.
Whilst this role leans towards Microsoft 365 and endpoint management, Adobe Suite support and end-user networking, including patching, is highly advantageous.
