We are looking for a Client Adviser to join our SME team at Partners& covering the Oxford and High Wycombe areas. The primary purpose of the role is to provide exceptional service for our SME clients.
- Providing a first-class, proactive service to existing clients and prospective SME clients through the adoption and implementation of our Client Journey and Partners& Difference.
- Working collaboratively as a part of our SME team to write new business, look after renewals and service our clients throughout the year.
- Responding to client issues in a timely and friendly manner.
- Building relationships with our claims and wider broking teams for technical referral and new business opportunities.
- Negotiating terms for our clients with insurers.
- Always working to our business operational standards, policies and processes.
- Using client applications and processes accurately and as defined by the business including invoicing and maintaining data quality.
- Looking for opportunities to satisfy client needs with other services and products, passing those opportunities to internal colleagues and our ecosystem.
- Maintaining your own learning and continued professional development.
- Demonstrating alignment with our Partners& values.
Qualifications
- Cert CII or working towards.
- Sound technical knowledge of the insurance industry with reference to commercial insurance.
- Proven ability to provide a responsive first-class service to clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and administration skills.
- Knowledge of the wider Partners& offering.
- Ability to organise workflow, prioritise tasks and manage own time.
- Confident use of Microsoft Office suite.
- Working knowledge of broking processes and regulatory standards.
- Working knowledge of FCA compliance rules.
- Competent in using an insurance client system; Acturis an advantage.
