We are looking for a talented Client Adviser to join our Wellbeing, Health and Protection team full time at Partners&. The purpose of the role is to provide a first-class end-to-end service for Wellbeing, Health & Protection (WH&P) clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Delivering a first-class, proactive service to existing and prospective WHP clients by consistently applying the Client Journey and Partners& Difference to every interaction.
  • Working collaboratively within the team to effectively renew and service WHP clients, utilising the full end-to-end broking process.
  • Responding promptly and professionally to client queries and issues, ensuring a high standard of service at all times.
  • Building and maintaining strong working relationships with wider broking teams to support technical queries and client referrals.
  • Adhering to all business operational standards, policies, and processes in day-to-day activities.
  • Accurately using client systems and applications as required by the business, including invoicing and maintaining high-quality data records.
  • Identifying opportunities to meet broader client needs through additional services and products, referring these opportunities to relevant internal colleagues and partners.
  • Taking ownership of personal learning, maintaining continuous professional development, and enhancing technical knowledge.
  • Demonstrating alignment with our Partners& values.
Qualifications:
  • Cert CII or working towards.
  • Solid technical knowledge of employee benefits insurance.
  • Proven ability to deliver a responsive, high-quality service to clients.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail in administrative tasks.
  • Effective active listening skills, enabling a clear understanding of client needs.
  • Ability to organise workload, prioritise effectively, and manage time efficiently.
  • Confident use of technology and software, including Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Good understanding of broking processes and relevant regulatory standards.
  • Working knowledge of FCA compliance requirements.
  • Experience using insurance client management systems; familiarity with Acturis is advantageous.
