We are looking for a Business Engineer to join our team at Partners&! The purpose of this role is to support the design, planning and implementation of change, in line with business strategy.

Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the design, planning and delivery of business change projects
  • Developing consistent systems and processes to support best practice across the business
  • Ensuring that IT and broking applications/platforms remain fit for purpose
  • Advocating the broking applications optimisation
  • Supporting on broking system migration projects, including configuration, mapping, documents, testing and training design and delivery
  • Assisting with data analysis for the business
  • Assisting development and maintenance of SQL data warehouse
  • Promoting and developing approaches for process and system improvements to continually enhance the colleague and client experience
  • Supporting the design and delivery of training and communications on agreed projects
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with third party suppliers on technical development of systems and telephony infrastructure
  • Maintaining own CPD
Qualifications:
  • Cert CII preferred but not essential
  • Working experience in a change management function
  • Business analyst skills – data analysis and process mapping
  • Systems training
  • Ability to build strong relationships at all levels
  • Ability to influence others and work towards a common goal
  • Adaptable and ability to organise self
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Concern for excellence and quality
  • Detailed understanding of insurance broking processes and practice
  • Experience of the Acturis broking platform
  • Experience of SQL database creation and queries
