We are looking for a talented Telemarketing Executive to join our team full time at Partners&. The primary purpose of the role is to proactively reach out to our existing clients, opening conversations that help them access the full spectrum of advice and solutions we provide.

Responsibilities:
  • Providing a first-class, proactive service to our existing clients by initiating meaningful contact, building strong conversations, and ensuring they remain fully informed of the support and solutions available to them.
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes through potential upsells, guiding them through the initial stages of the sales and advice process.
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills, resilience, curiosity and a results-focused approach in every interaction.
  • Always working to our business operational standards, policies and processes.

  • Making proactive, high-volume outbound calls to existing clients to initiate meaningful conversations.
  • Engaging with clients to understand their needs, qualify opportunities and ensure they receive the right level of support.
  • Providing clear, accurate information about our products, services and wider Partners& offering.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records within our CRM system.
  • Participating in regular training sessions to build product knowledge and enhance communication and sales techniques.
