We are currently looking for full-time permanent (up to 37.5 hours per week) Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and autism in a supported living environment.

We are currently looking for full-time permanent (up to 37.5 hours per week) Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and autism in a supported living environment.

Key Responsibilities

As a Support Worker, you\’ll play a crucial role in understanding and supporting the individuals you work with. This includes providing both emotional and practical support to help them live their lives their way. No experience is required; just a commitment to empower people to achieve independence and develop life skills. If you love variety in your day, this role is perfect for you, as no two days are the same!

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Social Care experience is not necessary, but it is desirable.
  • A commitment to empowering people.
  • Ability to work closely with families and outside agencies.
  • Ability to take responsibility and remain calm in difficult situations.
  • Willing to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
  • Must have a full UK Manual driving license.
