We are currently looking for part-time permanent (up to 22.5 hours per week) Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and autism in a supported living environment.

Key Responsibilities


As a Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in understanding and supporting the individuals you work with. This includes providing both emotional and practical support to help them live their lives their way. No experience is required; just a commitment to empower people to achieve independence and develop life skills. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise


  • Social Care experience is not necessary, but it is desirable.
  • A commitment to empowering people.
  • Ability to work closely with families and outside agencies.
  • Ability to take responsibility and remain calm in difficult situations.
  • Willing to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and sleep-ins.
  • Able to work a Late - Sleep - Early shift pattern.
  • Able to work independently while being part of a wider support team, providing one-to-one support.
  • Must have a full UK Manual driving license.
