We are looking for part‑time permanent Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and autism in a supported living environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide both emotional and practical support to help individuals live their lives their own way.
  • Work closely with families and external agencies.
  • Support individuals in developing life skills and independence.
  • Work weekdays, weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and sleep‑ins as required.
  • Work independently while being part of a wider support team, providing one‑to‑one support.
  • Maintain a positive and calm approach in difficult situations.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • No prior social care experience required, but desirable.
  • Commitment to empowering people.
  • Full UK Manual driving licence.
  • Ability to work independently.
