We are looking for a Support Worker and a Senior Support Worker to work with services in St Albans.

You'll lead by example, provide coaching and guidance through supervisions, observations, and 1:1 support, and help create a positive culture where both colleagues and the people we support can thrive.

The shift patterns are (approximately, subject to change): 7.15am to 2.45pm, 2.45 to 10pm, 10pm to 7.15am. We need you to be as flexible as possible to cover these shifts within a small team, all dedicated to one person. If you are employed full-time, you will work 5 shifts over 7 days.
What we're looking for
- Senior Support Worker - minimum 1 years’ experience supporting adults with learning disabilities and/or autism
- Support Worker - passion for supporting people
- Full UK driving licence is required
- Passion for empowering people
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins on a rota

- From £13.98 (Support Worker) to £16.42 (Senior Support Worker including working on-call weekends) per hour plus £75 per sleep-in
