We are currently looking for full-time or part-time permanent (up to 37.5 hours per week) Support Workers to support adults with learning disabilities and autism in a supported living environment.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Support Worker, you'll play a crucial role in understanding and supporting the individuals you work with. This includes providing both emotional and practical support to help them live their lives their way.
- No experience is required; just a commitment to empower people to achieve independence and develop life skills.

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
- Social Care experience is not necessary, but it is desirable.
- A commitment to empowering people.
- Ability to work closely with families and outside agencies.
- Ability to take responsibility and remain calm in difficult situations.
- Willing to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, bank holidays, and sleep‑ins.
- Able to work independently while being part of a wider support team, providing one‑to‑one support.
- Must have a full UK Manual driving license.
