As part of the Performance Strategy Consulting team, you will be working in teams to solve complex problems, drive meaningful change, and help industries and organisations overcome their biggest challenges. You will help influence decisions at the highest levels as well as improve performance at the frontline. Our working style is about testing, learning, and adapting to drive continual improvements. We’re a collaborative team that supports, challenges, mentors, and learns from one another.

Partners in Performance Managers play the critical role of leading our engagements. They are adaptable and comfortable working in business improvement, strategic sourcing, capital portfolio optimisation and commercial due diligence across a broad range of clients and industries in the Europe region. Leading a team of Senior Associates, Associates and/or Business Analysts, you will ensure engagement delivery and collaboration, coaching and management of the client. You will be in control of an end-to-end process.

You will have consulting experience within a T1 strategy firm, outstanding logic and analytical skills, the ability to solve complex commercial problems and want to see tangible results from your work.

Background and Experience:
  • Outstanding academic results; University degree or equivalent experience with a strong emphasis on quantitative skills, especially Engineering, Commerce/Economics & Mathematics/Science.
  • MBA would be an advantage; Double degrees and Postgraduate degrees are highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated passion for results, with a track record of achieving tough targets under pressure.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, including ability to structure and prioritise effort and ask the right questions to get to root causes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including ability to coach, influence and build trust with senior managers.
  • Propensity to coach and guide younger consultants to deliver results.
  • Strong communication skills, including ability to construct compelling arguments supported by facts.
  • Ability to influence and effectively multitask and manage expectations/deadlines.
  • Demonstrated alignment with Partners in Performance values.
