Role Description
The PCAAM Client Solution Support Associate will provide day-to-day support to the European Client Solution team, enhancing sales effectiveness, client coverage and outreach across the region. The role is designed to create leverage for senior Client Solution team professionals by improving structure, data quality, discipline and scalability in client engagement, reporting and marketing activity. The Client Solution team is responsible for distributing funds through financial institutions and comprises European sales professionals based in continental Europe. They work closely with product specialists based in London. This role will work closely with Sales, Product Specialists and Marketing.
- Own and manage the CRM system, ensuring high data quality, consistent usage and robust reporting.
- Track sales activity, client interactions, pipeline development and coverage metrics.
- Track and monitor execution of agreed upon tasks and initiatives.
- Identify top of funnel targets in new markets in line with distribution strategy for initial outreach.
- Produce regular management reports and ad-hoc analysis to support sales strategy and prioritisation.
- Manage and maintain the client and product document repository, and proactively coordinate with Product Specialists to ensure materials are up to date and readily accessible to sales professionals.
- Coordinate client outreach campaigns using the CRM (email distributions, follow-ups, impact tracking).
- Monitor campaign effectiveness and provide insights to refine future initiatives.
- Work with the Marketing team to plan and execute LinkedIn and digital campaigns targeting European intermediaries.
PR & Event Support
- Coordinate and support the organisation of client events, roadshows and conferences across European locations.
- Assist with logistics, invitations, follow-ups and post-event reporting.
- Act as a central point of coordination between Client Solutions, Marketing and external providers where required.
Team & Stakeholder Support
- Act as a trusted partner to senior sales professionals, helping them focus time on high-value client interactions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and tools.
Other
- Be responsible for ensuring all information security processes, policies and procedures are adhered to and any issues or concerns are raised with the Cyber Security team.
- Ensure full compliance with all local data protection regulations and privacy controls, and any related issues are raised via the appropriate channels.
We are open to hiring for this position in either London or Paris.
Key Requirements
- Experience in sales support, sales enablement, client solutions, distribution support or a similar role within asset management, private markets or financial services.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting (e.g. Salesforce or equivalent).
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders and geographies.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Fluency in English and French required; additional European languages (German, Italian) a plus.
