Run UAT cycles: prepare test scripts, support end-user testing, track defects, and manage remediation efforts. Ensure technical and procedural documentation is created and maintained. Partner closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver enhancements and project rollouts.
- Application Support & Administration: Act as technical support for DealCloud, troubleshooting issues, analysing root causes, and liaising with the vendor when needed. Maintain platform stability and performance through proactive monitoring and administrative best practices. Manage user provisioning, permissions, security policies, and data governance procedures. Maintain system configurations, workflows, validations, and automated processes. Track, prioritise, and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs. Identify opportunities to enhance platform usability, efficiency, and automation. Lead configuration changes that enable smoother processes across investment, research, operations, and client teams. Evaluate new DealCloud functionality and recommend adoption where beneficial. Lead the firm’s data quality management efforts partnering with Data Operations, establishing governance rules, running audits, partnering with teams on remediation, and implementing automated controls to ensure DealCloud remains a reliable, trusted source of truth.
- Stakeholder Management & Communications: Build strong relationships with business users to understand needs and maintain alignment. Facilitate regular stakeholder updates on project milestones, risks, timelines, and enhancement roadmaps. Engage with senior leaders to gather strategic requirements and socialise platform improvements. Translate complex technical matters into clear business-friendly language.
- Training & Change Management: Develop and deliver training programs, guides, and release notes to drive user adoption. Support the change-management agenda for new features, processes, and releases. Serve as a trusted advisor to users, helping embed best practices in workflow design and data capture.
- Other: Be responsible for ensuring all information security processes, policies and procedures are adhered to and any issues or concerns are raised with the Cyber Security team. Ensure full compliance with all local data protection regulations and privacy controls, and any related issues are raised via the appropriate channels.
