The business offers bespoke reporting solutions to a wide-ranging group of clients, hence attention to detail and a willingness to learn is a crucial skillset in this role. • Prepare and review performance reports, accurately and on time as part of the annual reporting cycle. Reports include monthly flashes and quarterly client performance statements, annual client tax reports, client invoice calculations in line with client fee agreements, annual costs & charges reports and additional bespoke and ad hoc reports to support client meeting materials.
  • Investigate reporting errors or issues as identified by the internal system’s automated checks, data validations or by other reviewers.
  • Collaborate with Client Experience & Client Operations functions to coordinate client transfers and set ups, including client onboarding and the transfer of assets between custodians and entities.
  • Evaluate and input client trade confirm information.
  • Proactively monitor trade settlements across investments including mutual funds, daily dealing funds, hedge funds, private equity and cash.
  • Liaise with custodians, brokers and other third-party service providers to query discrepancies.
  • Adhere to Partners Capital trade settlement policy and procedures.
  • Support process enhancements and team projects under the direction of Senior Associates/Principals.
  • Develop a strong relationship with internal teams to better understand key processes across the company.
  • Be responsible for ensuring all information security processes, policies and procedures are adhered to and any issues or concerns are raised with the Cyber Security team.
  • Ensure full compliance with all local data protection regulations and privacy controls, and any related issues are raised via the appropriate channels.

If you believe you have some (or all) of these attributes and are looking to fulfil your potential in an engaging role with an excellent long-term career progression in a growing firm, we encourage you to apply.

Qualifications

  • Have a strong academic record, including a Bachelors Degree or equivalent with a Maths A-Level preferred; or approximately 2 years of relevant industry experience.
